Characteristic description
1. The bending adopts synchronous bending of inner and outer rotation, which can be bent sideways, vertically, or twisted.
2. The cutting module has a pre pressing function to prevent burrs on the cut and ensure a smooth cut.
3. The device comes with embossing, punching, logo pressing, and cloak repair (optional).
4. The wire feeding adopts 4 sets of wire feeding wheels with an outer diameter of 120, and the wire feeding comes with an encoder to control and compensate for the wire feeding accuracy.
5. The straightening mechanism adopts a horizontal vertical 11 * 2 straightening method, and the straightening bearings are fitted and straightened according to the raw materials, with a straightness that fully meets the requirements of industry products.
6. The equipment comes with an auxiliary wire feeding device that allows one person to easily switch materials.
7. The feeding rack adopts a double headed feeding rack, and the equipment can simultaneously install 2 rolls of material during automatic production, saving material replacement time.
